Fun day in Frisco. Nope. San Francisco

I missed a call yesterday while in the airport. It was David. He thought I was in Frisco, TX. NOPE!

This city is GORGEOUS! We started out by renting a car for the day to get up to Novato for lunch and visits with Randy and Brenda Sorensen and family. For the morning we drove thru fog after eating a small breakfast at the Pomegranite cafe inside a big Cannery building. Avocado toast and a hot chocolate for me, coffee for Donna and Katie. We drove through the streets to find

1) Lombard Street

2) Pink Ladies,

3) Full House

4) Presidio Park.

Such lovely views!

Lombard Street was fun, but so was the circuitous drive to get there! Such a great bunch of lovely homes EVERY where!!! We gawked and gaped and oohed and awed. Such amazing architecture. Everywhere!

Picking up our rental car,  a Kia Soul.

Just a bit of fog was left as we drove around to find the Pink Ladies.

Soooo steep!

 So pretty!

Most of those photos are of the Pink Ladies. I took ONLY video on Lombard street.

We were so impressed by the views and landscaping and history of Precidio park.

It was a military base since 1776(?). It's been there a while in varying degrees and iterations. Now it's a peoples place! From beaches to playgrounds. Beautiful vistas. We were thrilled by foghorn, too!

Visited with the Sorensen's.
