Tuesday Fun times 7/7/26

Always a good breakfast. Thanks to Nick and Kaylee's family who made FORTY homemade Breakfast Burritos. Plus muffins, yogurt and fruit and chocolate milk. Three Days worth! And they went home with leftovers.

It took a while to get EVERY one gathered for Favorite Things, but we got going shortly after 10. Kids went first. They each brought something to share with every cousin. It was a fun, cute variety, from food to toy cars to painting and poetry, and fun stuff in between. I didn't take any photos, but we did grandkids first, then adults went and it was really nice.

A turkey or some wild turkeys visited the yard regularly.

A second finished jig saw puzzle.

The sky and mountains and clouds were lovely.

A few years ago, I published on my blog a similar photo of Lexi offering meds for people who needed them. Last time, it was one bottle of allergy pills. THIS time, post-stroke Lexi has an armload of drugs! But she is doing so well.

Another round of SPEED BINGO with Seth. More prizes and fierce competition.

Five seconds! That all the time you had to pick a bingo prize! And there were so many choices.

I did take one photo after the grown ups "Favorite Things" activity concluded. It's Emily, peeking through the balcony railing at us all below.

Our Family loves Kahoot! Nick does a wonderful job making games for us to play. This time was no exception. We loved it
I was so busy playing I didn't take pictures.

More yummy food for lunch, some great dinner that Katie made ( Mississippi pot roast) and then it was time for family photos in Zion. There's not much parking in the tiny pull-out, so we consolidated the vehicular traffic, piled in and drove 20 minutes down the road to Zion National Park around 7:30 p.m. Tandy was our photographer. I can't wait to see them! Here's a sampling of the organized chaos and fun.
