Happy Ffifth of July

Gail and Kids weren't here on Wednesday on time for a trip to the lake with Nick's family (and Nick's family headed home on Thursday after lunch at the Cobble Crest in Kanarraville), so we went again on Friday and I took the rented toys for Gail's family to play with.

Gail and Ella kayaked first.  Ella SOAKED Gail.  She didn't really intend to get wet, let alone soaked. haha.  Gail was doubly impressed by MY kayaking skills as we paddled around and she never even got a drop splashed on her.

Caroline and Lexi

Lexi heading off on the paddleboard with Caroline on the back.

Four fun kids: Caroline, Lexi, Jonathan, Braeden.

Well, shoot. I spent more than 20 minutes selecting, deleting, cropping photos on my phone.  Then when I selected the option of adding photos to the blog from my phone--- it gives me all the original un deleted, uncropped ones. Drat. So you get what you get. We went to the Lake at the Hill here in town Friday afternoon.

After going with kids fairly early on Friday Morning and out to breakfast with Pam after. Fun!

We also picked some cherries with Braeden's help.  And I worked a half a day, too.

AND we went to the movies late Friday night, too, and saw "Aladdin ".
Long day. Fun day.

So, Friday, in order:
 Temple
Cherries
Work
Lake
Dinner/ showers for 7 of us
Movie

All that after a late night of fireworks the night before.
